Part of giving appreciation to our employees, we usually dedicate a program for our birthday celebrants as it is considered one of the most important occasions in their lives. Just like any traditional Birthday, the ARC family is dedicating a simple yet heartwarming get together where our executive committee, immediate superiors, colleagues and our HR Department are also present. We greet and sing them a birthday song to let them feel more special.
